Step 1

- Open Mail
- Click on the Mail Menu
- Click on Preferences
- Click on Accounts
- Click on the 'plus' sign in the bottom left hand corner

(Note: Remove out any email accounts you are not using by clicking on the 'minus' sign in the bottom left corner)
